cb750 10th anniversary limited edition

Hi guys.
Just got my hands on a honda cb750 10th anniversary limited edition 1979.
with owners manual and original tools still in brown leather case.
point is..if I get frame recoated it needs it. Will it devalue it in any way.
Still has all stickers on frame. I would lose them.
Will a coil fit it from any cb750.
