Carb number 2 issue..

Hey guys I'm sure this has been answered before but I just cant get my 81 cb 750 carb # 2 to stop leaking out of the over flow. I just bought a new needle and a new float and still it just flows and flows. All the others are properly working. Not sure if the accelerator pump affects it but it seems to be fine. is it the seat? I'm not to sure.

Any ideas please.
