I tested the resistance on the slip rings of the rotor and got the reading above.. I also tested the connectors on the stator and was getting 0.0 reading on the OHMS. I tested all of the connector "combinations" and all of them zero'd out. One of them read high for a second but immediately dropped back down. Let me know what you all think. So I think it will be safe to say that the stator/rotor is my problem.
