Flexible exhaust tubing

So, as it says my topic is flexible exhaust tubing.
The idea is to get rid of the massive can under the seat of my fz6, in favor of 2 actually mufflers. Now, I may just use an elbow and straight tubing, but I'd like to know if anyone has used flexible tubing such as Walker flex pipes. I don't see why I couldn't, but maybe someone here has used it and not had the best luck, or had good luck.
