OK, so I went back out to the garage to work for a bit and might have gone a bit further than I thought I was going to for the day. It was just going to smoothly to stop.

I've been labeling all the harnesses, finger tightening bolts back where they go and keeping parts together, so hopefully I lose nothing.
One thing I noticed, when taking out the carbs, my idle cable was not present, my choke and throttle cables were attatched fine, but the third cable (idle?) was not there, it was up inside the guide. I remember when I had changed out my grips when I first got the bike that this cable was just loose in the throttle assembly and it never had an affect when riding. Should it have been negatively effecting anything? Obviously when reassembling, I will be making sure it is hooked up again, just curious.
