Signal flashing and brake lights

Been having some trouble with an 82' cb750 custom while doing a rebuild toward a cafe style. While cleaning up some wiring and tracing power for new lights, speedo, etc, ran into an issue with the front and rear signal lights, as well as the break. With ignition switch on, the headlight, taillight and front signals turn on. When the rear or front brake is pressed, the brakelight doesn't brighten past normal running brightness. The signals also don't flash when activated. (ex: when the right signal is switched, front right turns off, no flash and the rear remains off. Same happen for the left.)
Checked fuses, flasher module, bulbs and power to all circuits. All the original lights and switches are hooked up, no new aftermarket parts yet.

Found a few threads very similar to this issue, with no solution. Here's hoping!
