Simple Question on Spark Advancer

Hey all,

Im trying to remove the spark advancer and starter clutch to install anew starter clutch, as you can see the one in the picture is trash-worthy.  

Problem is, I cannot seem to remove the bolt on the end of the driveshaft, making it impossible to remove and replace the starter clutch.  Any insight?
