Oil Spec 81 CB750C

Hi everyone, great site here!! I am thinking of using Amsoil Metric 10w40 in my 81. The website says it is compatible with wet clutches with the GL-1 specs. Not Gl-4 or 5. I checked my new Clymer and the owner's manual. No where do I find anything referring to GL-1. Just thought I would ask you all since there are many more of you familiar with my bike. This is my first bike in 20 years, love it by the way, and I don't know if this will be fine or not. Thanks!
