New member in Oregon with question

Hello,
    I have a 1974 Honda CB750K4 that is missing one side cover but is otherwise complete.  It is rough cosmetically (paint and surface rust on the rims and spokes, handlebars etc.needs a seat recovered) The motor kicks over but hasn't been started in at least 10 years that I know of.  I'm curious how many of the 1974's were made I can't find too many parts when I search for them.  Is this a bike worth restoring or simply striping and parting out?  Any thoughts?  I'll post some pictures in a day or so.
