1982 cb750k engine build

Hey gearheads so i have some questions about my engine build.
 1. Are the rod bolts stretch to yield?
2. How can i tell what size bearings i need for my mains. ( some of them dont have the color on the shell)
3. Where can i find honda bearings?
4. Were do babies come from?
5. Are there replacement head studs for these motors? (Had 3 that came out of the block rather then let the cap nuts go)
