the other day Mrs. Free and I were out for a ride . . . the third one she joined me for on the new bike (up until this year it was a chore to get her out for one ride a year -- a ride that only lasted an hour or two). when we stopped for coffee and were talking about what a great day it was she said "maybe I do need my own bike after all. Naw." I heard the first statement VERY clearly! I'm working on it.
and this morning she said that it's too bad she's going to visit her mother this weekend because the group ride I'm going on tomorrow looks interesting and she'd go on it with me.
