Spark plugs

Hi I have a 1976 Honda cb 360. Don't ride it much. Engine runs great. The problem is that the spark plugs don't last. It usually sits for a few weeks and sometimes it's hard to start and then I find out that one of the spark plugs is bad. It does not matter which cylinder. Sometimes both spark plugs are bad. This only happen when I go to start it when it has been sitting for a few weeks, never had a spark plug that goes bad when I am riding. Engine runs great no oil burning no misfire. This is the 3 rd set of plugs in probably 100 miles. Anyone encountered this? Any Ideas????? Thanks
