Honda 50cc C110-491407 questions

Picked up an unrestored survivor that spent most of it's life in dry and heated storage.  Extraordinary condition for unrestored.  Not going to keep it but want to get it running for sale.  Good compression.  I don't expect it to need more than a battery, carb clean, and tune up.

Having difficulty finding accurate electrical system info. Clymer manual for 50-110cc singles does not  have schematic for this bike.

Also need suggestions for where to list it for sale.  I avoid ebay since years ago when they changed their policies to vastly favor their big sellers. (Once upon a time it was a good place for the little guy to buy or sell vintage bike parts.)
