Hello theichthus..
My advice... don't do the individual air cleaners.
I recently bought a 77 CB750K. Nice bike. But, the previous owner installed the individual air cleaners and no amount of jetting could get the bike to run as well as it does now with the air box back on it. I took it to a local bike shop last week and all of the mechanics there told me to get the air box back on it to help smooth out the leaning problems I was having. I have 4 aircleaners sitting in a junk box now.
You asked.. I've been there..
