Spark Plug Question

1981 CB750F Super Sport (Twin Cam)
The Clymer Book calls for NGK D8EA, in the bike I find NGK DR8ES-L
The ES in the latter plug means extended heat range, which wouldn’t be a bad thing but the -L adds another half a heat range.
What plug are yall using?
