Carb Rebuild From Scratch....

Ok guys, I'm in need of some serious assistance. Apparently I need to split my carbs and replace all the O-rings in them. So, how hard exactly is that job to accomplish on limited carb knowledge? I'm ordering the O-ring kits right now and looking for any kind of step by step process on how to get this done without screwing myself. I called a shop and the one that can do it for a really damn good price can't do it until this winter... um.. ya that's not gonna work. and the other one charges 130 an hour on this year of bike.. um.. holy shiat. I have a manual but's it doesn't go into something this indepth. not cool. so anyone done this before? thanks.
