Answer to my own Question.

For no logical reason I replaced two bulbs, which I had not previously replaced because they were in working order, and hey presto, everything is now working fine.

Ive no logical reason as to why this worked, but now onto the next problem, brakes.

My other question remains, what are the specifications for the 3 pinned winker box on a 1972 CB750 (Australia).
