Electrical issues

OK here's the deal, when I bought my bike ('77 CB 750F) it had a farring on it and aftermarket bulb turn signals on the back and when I used the turnsignals they flashed super slow. Now I have replaced them with LED's in the front and rear and I would only like to make one trip to the parts store. I plan to buy the booster but was wondering if, based on the originals not flashing worth a #%!* if I should pick up anything else?
