They don't have a number because they are in the "Lab" all day. Though they are great at returning e-mails. They told me,

"Alin, sometimes the lip of the pipe just needs a little dressing down with a file or there is corrosion in the port. Just filling of the excess on the lip usually will fix the problem.

So I'll try that first. Unfortunately I received the Kerker back in September and didn't get around to trying to mount it until now.

Damn procrastination!
