 Sounds like a fuel problem such as floats or needles sticking. I can't tell which side your fuel shutoff is but if it's on the left side, could be when you stand it up and ride, the fuel level goes below the tube inside the tank. Don't ask how I know.......ok, this is how I found out my reserve valve was plugged up. It ran ok for about a mile and sputtered to a stop.
