A pleasure to be off some help. I did a little research for you and went to www.hdlparts.com and cheked out the spare parts list. They have everything you need for your Honda. Now here is something interesting I found. I checked the price of a  new master cylinder for a 1980 CB 750 and the part #445500-425-775 = $213.44  -  thats a complete assembly. Then I went to the 1979 CB750 , part #45500-413-874 = $319.81 !!! I printed out both pages to see if there was any difference, and cant find anything at all. For my money I would buy the master cyl assembly for $213.44. But again the decision is yours and if you can repair the master cylinder with all new parts from the kit thats is available then go for it. Just hope that when you get it all back together it still is in 100% working order. Brakes are something I dont like mucking around with. Let me know how it goes. Cheers. Peter
