Carb Jetting

   My buddy needs some help. He just bought a 1985 Yamaha Maxim 700 X with 4 foam intake pods that are shot. Finding out this bike was only made for one year, is hard to get parts. He was looking for the original intake box but can't find one so is getting new paper filter pods. Anyway, they suggest a 25% increase in jet size so we figure it needs about a 130 jet from a 105 stock? Does this sound right to you all? This bike has 4 Mikuni carbs like the CB750's. Paul
