Your turn signal wires will differ from the other wires in that they don't use the plastic harness connections.  Well they do, but not at the last connection before the light.  You are looking for the blue and orange wires that end in individual and paired terminals.  They are all coming from the turn signal switch (through a plastic harness connection).  It's important to note that none of these wires are the ground.  I figured that out the hard way because my aftermarket lights have a plastic shell, so I had to rework the wiring.  In the stock config, there are two wires coming out of each light.  One get's a constant 12v, and one gets a blinking 12v (that goes to the brighter filament).  Also, note that there are blue and orange wires leading away from this area which go to the rear for the blinking 12v only.  It's also good to know how the switch and blinker work.  The switch, when turned to one side or the other, simply opens the constant 12v circuit and closes the blinking 12v circuit.  Both circuits are separate, and the blinking circuit goes through the blinker (just closing the circuit is what causes the blinking action).  The blinker is located with all the other wires on the left side of the battery, and it looks like a little pod with only two terminals.  You may want to make sure it's there and consider replacing it if your blinkers don't blink well (or at all).  I know this is kind of a jumble of info.  I hope it helps.
