Well a search of "coils" here will pull up a lot of hits with different info. Bottom line is that your best choice is to get a dual firing, 5 ohm coil. partsnmore.com has them and many other sites do to. As for wires, the plug caps already have a 5k ohm resistance so the wires should be NON suppression.
