I was lucky enough to buy a 1977 CB 750K this weekend. It was pretty stripped down, but was a good rolling chassis with motor, etc....no bodywork though.
After I loaded it up on the trailer, the guy that sold it to me told me he knew a guy a mile from his house that had a tank for sale...it was off a 71 CB.
We went over and I bough the tank too. BUT, here is my question.....the tank is in really good shape and I am thinking about selling it since its in such good shape...but the decals on the side are tape...not painted.
Was that stock?? Its a brilliant red/orange glitter tank...but the white and gold lines are some sort of vinyl tape. I don't want to mislead anyone if I sell it.
