Where I am in Canada and those bikes are rare - would sell for at least $3,000

Where TOOLS and others are where these are everywhere - dunno, maybe $600-1,000?

Check the bottom of the frame for corrosion.

The engine will need a complete rebuild.
I would only pay $600. because every part will need attention and
it is 40 years of corrosion and neglect(sitting).

You could easily spend $5000.00

Frame, Engine, brakes, New front brake hose.
New chain and sprockets(must do).
Seat ,exhausts etc.etc.,.

Kinda depends on several factors. Condition, model and accessories, completeness, running or not, and what your plans are for the bike.  Range would be $200 to $2,000 depending on these variables.
