does anyone know how to disassemble the muffler from a 1978 CB750F2? We are attempting to have the chrome part of the muffler rechromed. Our plater needs the diffuser and related baffling removed (the black cap on the end of the muffler and other internal parts ). It appears there are 3 rivets on the end cap and multiple spot welds along the back side of the muffler. We are concerned over how best to proceed and still salvage all of the parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
