Just thought I would put some info out. I used a 4 pin trailer plug to wire up my fairing turn signals and also put one on my other ones that are still on the bike. So when I am running the fairing I can just plug it in and on the nice summer days I can un plug it, take out three bolts and nuts. By By fairing. Plug in the ones on the bike and feel the wind once again.

That is one sharp custom build.  Nice mixture of "old-school" 50's styling, with a "modern" 70's bike.  Nice work.  Nice work, indeed.  Cheers!

             Would like to see what you did under the seat,haven't done mine yet but
    still thinking and looking for different ways,I was going to just cover with foil then wax paper lay fiberglass & resin let all set were it may/falls(cut / trim fo looks),simple but will lower seat by an easy inch or more.

The pan is just a 1/4 steel plate cut to shape and then 2-1/2 inch thick firm padding covered by apholstery shop.

                          Plan to hit a few swap-meets and get a H.D. rear fender
                                                   (match h.d.faring),
                       since having hard time finding mud flap(that most just trash).
                                     Thoughs that have think there Gold,

My fairing is a Wixson Ranger and the bags wear made for a Suzuki. I had to do a little bit of cutting and bending to the bracket so they would work on my bike.

I like the HD fender because it is a full radius covering almost half the wheel and deep. Gives the bike a lower look.
