This post was updated on .
[07/18/12:  Updated info. on carb repair, and added a few details -- chrome oil filter cover; HD springs on rear shocks.]

This bike has 22k miles, clean, well equipped for touring, and very well maintained.  Here is a list of modifications/updates:

-Spin-on oil filter (chromed cover included);
-Oil Cooler w. Thermostat for automatic bypass when cool;
-Oil Temperature Gauge, electric;
-Voltmeter w. bypass switch, avoids draining battery when off;
-12 Volt Accessory Outlet, fused (allows charging of cell phone, GPS, etc.);
-Formotion Thermometer & Clock;
-Progressive Fork Springs;
-Progressive Rear Shocks (heavy-duty springs);
-Fork Gators:  not factory, added to double the life of the fork seals;
-Speed Bleeder valve on the disc brake caliper -- makes bleeding a one-man breeze of a job;
-K&N Permanent Air Filter;
-Iridium Spark Plugs (good for another 40k miles, minimum...);
-Vetter Vindicator Fairing, vented windshield, w. Lowers;
-Headlight Modulator, w. covered, illuminated bypass switch;
-Brakelight Modulator;
-Dual, Hi/Lo Car Disc Horns;
-Willie & Max Lg. Saddlebags, custom attachment system, w. bar guards to keep out of wheel;
-Hard Trunk, with LED Bar Brake Light, at eye-level of most cars behind you;
-Custom upholstered, King/Queen Seat (2 years old, perfect condition);
-Carbs have just been gone through by professional mechanic (bad O-ring, between Carb #1 and #2 fuel line, caused gas leak onto transmission -- repaired, professionally);
-fresh oil/filter change (due to carb issue), Shell Rotella T6 Synthetic Oil/Fram Tough Guard Oil Filter, good for 10k miles, as is the oil;
-Floor Boards for passenger, for long ride comfort;
-Foam grips, for driver comfort on long rides;
-Clymer Manual;
-Battery Tender Jr. smart trickle charger included;
-OEM oil filter housing, and Filter Boss, in case you want to go back to factory on the oil filter.

The oil cooling system is not factory, it was installed by me, using a radiator off of a CB900C.  The oil thermostat opens at 180 F.  The entire system maintains the oil at a cool ~210 F, riding two up, full saddlebags, trunk, and tank bag, in 87 F temperatures, running for three hours at 60 MPH.  It automatically bypasses the radiator until the oil reaches minimum operating temperature (for the oil), of 180 F.  There are no oil leaks anywhere on the bike.

I am rather meticulous in my bike maintenance, doing some things myself, the rest being done by professionals at Cycle Pro's, in Rochester.  Any questions on condition of the bike, can be directed to me, or my mechanic, Mike, at CP's (they're on the Web, look them up, and ask about Bruce's '79 CB750K -- they know me well, as I take all of my bikes to them, since 2006).

Location is Rochester, MN, Southeast corner of the state, just off Interstate Highway 90.  Asking price is $1,800.  Serious inquiries only.  CASH only, no checks, M/O's, etc.  For additional photo's, information, please PM me through this site.  Thank you.  Cheers!

Surprised it took as long as it did.  Someone got a great deal on that bike.

Sorry to see you without a CB Sarge.
