1980 cb750 carb sync help!

i have a friend with a 1980 cb750. we rebuilt his carbs, rejetted them for conical air cleaners, and are ready to put them back in the bike, BUT.... i can't figure out where to attach the sync tool to them in order to sync them! my 77 750-4 has screws right before the boots on the engine side, but with these im lost! i know i'm prob. missing something dumb... it's driving me nuts!! HELP!?

   Does you model year maybe have the rubber nipple you pull off the intake tubes?

There are 4 screws on the cylinders just ahead of the carbs. They just look like little phillips screws. The adapters go in these holes.

they are permanently set at the factory...they are on the carb and if you want you can drill them out and  sync them...don't waste your time ...unless you are going to the Grand Nationals for a trophy..there is a small  factory cover over them..

You are thinking the idle mix screws.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

No nipples, DOHC Hondas have Phillips machine screws with aluminum washers IN THE HEAD that you remove for syncing.
