Yes.

Replace or rebuild caliper...Flush whole brake system with new fluid.

Carburettors on these model Honda`s seem to be the main subject that keeps this forum going. Suggest you pull the carbs off and check the float level. Also check to see that there is no dirt in the float chamber - if there is then you problem lies in the fact that there is dirt in the jets and in the needle and seat. A new carb overhaul kit is available from www.hdlparts.com or if you have any other preferences use your fist choice of preference

And as my good friend Woodsiderider250 has stated follow his advice as he is very knowledgable on these bikes, and I too would be replacing the front caliper and flushing out the braking system. It might pay to overhaul the master cylinder as a precautionary measure

its not so much a jetting issue at a float level issue.....check your float level, and also check the floats themselves, i work on these things all the time, and i have noticed (especially if the bike has been sitting with bad gas in it) the floats will get a very tiny hole in them and gas will leak inside the floats causing them to do just the opposite....sink. also make sure float bowl screws are tight.....hope that was some help.

strip down the caliper clean and rebuild the seals.Expect a hard time when bleeding unless you can get it done with pressure.I needed to when I put new brake pipes on

thats usually a pretty simple fix.....take the tubes out and on the end of them is an oring, i would guess that oring is no good anymore, new oring no leak. also a temporary fix and i stress temporary, if the bike is your only transportation leave the bad oring on and put a very thin layer of blue silicone around the oring and re install it LET IT DRY then try turning on the gas..... hope that helps you.
