1985 Honda Interceptor Tank

Anyone know if a 1985 Honda Interceptor tank would fit on a 1976 CB750K?

From googling pictures of an '85 interceptor it looks like it had the dual rail type frame design whereas the CB's have a single rail frame. The gastank fits over the top and over the edges of the single rail while on dual rails the gas tank sits in between.

tl;dr: I don't think it would fit.
