no problem man! yes was a huge help to a bunch of people and I am glad. I actually got it from another dude I forget who! But man it was a life saver

Hey waking this up partly because it's a super useful diagram but also to ask if anyone else has had troubles with the gauge it's self not working.  Out of the box the gauge just sits at zero have tried lubing the speedo cable but still nothing.  Any ideas before I replace it.  (I can't return it so anything is on the table)!  It's on an 82 cb750

When you roll the bike, does the speedo gear blade move?  Remove the cable from the speedo gear and roll the bike while you watch the blade move.  If it doesn't rotate, gear is bad.
