78 cb 750f slow jets

does anyone know the best way to remove the press in slow jets from a 78 cb750f ? Also has anyone needed to up size them due to exhaust and pods filters ?

I do not think they are supposed to be removed, and I have never heard of them needing to be changed, for pods, or exhaust.

i am having a problem with popping in the idle to 4500 rpm range and i cant adjust my pilot screws any further. the popping usually points to being lean i think so where else can i adjust the low end?

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Try spraying WD-40, or carb cleaner around the rubber boots with the engine idling. If it speeds up, you have found the leak.
