Measure the OD of the tubes, upper, and lower. Buy a set of gators with the correct ID's, use black zip ties to secure them in place (
NOTE: they will secure below the dust covers, on the fork tubes, themselves, not the dust covers). I did that, they work perfectly. I also re-used the original dust covers. No need to make it any harder than it already is. Put in new seals, and new fluid, add in gators, and enjoy the ride!
They sell the gators in different colors, and different ID's, so just find a set with the correct ID's (upper and lower), and they will work perfectly. You will not find them spec'ed for your bike, as they were never equipped with them from the factory. Cheers!
