When we were tearing apart my broken 750, the rotor was on there pretty darned good.
Your friend here is some PB Blaster, and the little rotor puller tool. Luckily, the Harley guy who was doing the work had something similar in metric threads, and some wrench pressure and a few taps with a hammer got it done.
It's also easier if the engine is still in the chassis, and the drivetrain/rear wheel is attached. Keeps the engine from spinning when getting the center bolt out.
