19 inch Front wheel with break rotor (some pitting, but useable. Tire is bad).

I just checked the rotor. It has 4.7 ohms. I will take $75.00 for it, and $15.00 shipping. If, you want the stator cover. I will throw it in, for $20.00. However I will need to get a removal tool, so it will be a few days.
Free2ride. I will try to check to starter tonight. The engine is locked up, so I will need to remove the starter to check it.

Also, is it not possible to remove the rotor without a special tool?
