A bolt snapped -help needed

Jrutgers
Hi all!
While I was investigating a small oil leakage on my bike, I tried to see if there was any loose bolts that I could tighten a little-and one snapped right off.
It's one of the bolts right under the stator holding the upper and lower motor half's together..(. 4 in front of the crank case and 4 on the back. Is that making sense?)

So why do I do to get it out? If not reachable.
If you have any ideas, please let me know..thanks!

Did it break off even with the case, or down inside it?

If you can get a left flute drill the right size you may be able to back it out with a reversible drill.
Simple if some one else can, why can't I

First I would try putting some JB Weld on the tip of another bolt, and sticking it down the hole until it rests on the broken bolt. Let it harden, and try to spin it out. If that fails then go to more extreme measures.
