Air box clamps

FastCletus
Can't seem to find all my air box clamps or maybe I never had all 4. Can anyone tell me why I can't just get some clamps locally and use them?  Clamps are clamps right?

Was missing a couple on mine when I got it. Just used a couple of gear clamps for some months until I rebuilt the carbs and ordered new boots & clamps at the same time.

If it seals it's good enough for me
Too bad you don't have a black zip tie like that, would blend in great

I think the white is more aesthetic  dont you?    Maybe one day I will put the right clamps on, but for now these work fine.  I think what real amazing to me is how important a good seal on the whole carb unit makes it runs sooo much better.  I kept reading on this board when i first got it how a big deal the carbs are on these bikes, and dam you were all correct
