Ah, Yes, I guess I am a city dweller. I have land that's a half hour from any town up in North Florida, but where I live now is three miles from the sandy Florida beaches. Not urban like a big city, but ALL developed. A one acre lot, empty of all buildings, will set you back over $250k in this area…and remember, that's for a VACANT lot.

Wow! Just think of the 750s you could have for the price of the lot!!!! I have 2 acres 4bed house and a 50 x 60 shop for 79,000 no beaches but we have the rocky mountains to ride in! O ya and BLM for Piutes tent LOL!

It's what ALL men would build, IF they didn't have wives. lol
Who wouldn't want a big open room with lifts, hot rods, motorcycles, pool tables (more than one) your very own 15 person bar, a kicking sound system, a 10 FOOT movie screen, automobile like old gas pumps, shop displays, etc. and a walled off dirty section with the metal shop, welding and fabrication shop, paint booth, etc.. oh, and a bare concrete heated floor with drain so you can just hose out any messes!

I think I got enough room. The lot the house I'm living in now is 70'x100'. Then I've got two 1.25 acre lots in Gainesville, 3 1.5 acre lots in Ocala, and a 5 acre lot in Williston FL (25 miles west of Ocala). Is that enough? lol
( I want to buy a 20 to 40 acre mountain lot somewhere out west and up high someday…to build a Burt Gummer house in case there's a zombie apocalypse. LOL! )

Out in the sticks four house on my little street. Close country store right next store. We have a 1 acre wooded lot. Want to build a shop in the back corner one day. The old two car garage serves it purpose. as long as I get my heater this it is hard to work when you cant feel your fingers.

Scraped knuckles dont hurt when the nerve endings are frozen numb....  People ask me all the time how i ride in this cold weather.One night it was in the teens and it did get a lil slippery riding when the dew/frost hit the pavement.I always jokingly tell them the same thing:"you not cold when you're numb"
