Brake light does not work

My brake light isn't coming on at all on my 1970 Honda cb750. I've replaced the bulb. And check the connection to the switch at the rear brake pedal. Don't really know where to go from there. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

You will need to trace the wires coming out of the lamp and check the connections and grounds.
This pdf should show the wiring somewhat, it is for a 72 but should be close.

You likely have a loose connection, corroded ground, or a broken wire.
