CB 750 f1 1977 Front end upgrade

Hi iv brought myself a 1977 cb750 and i want to change the front end to a spoked wheel and a better set of shocks and break, does anyone know of any current bikes front end that i can buy that will just slip in nice and easy or is this a massive job?

IF you were able to get the same diameter tubes on anything that is complete tire/wheel/calipers/brake lines and reservoir of coarse will work ,but your going to change everything that the bike was made for at that time
 so you will get negative output from manufacturers
  Just get your diameter and start looking from there,
is not going to be cheap,like getting the front end parts for a car 1st to go $

  By the way I have a "77" and it's a F2 with dual disc,(witch is stock )

You can use the wheel off any SOHC 500-750, or use the entire front end off any DOHC/Goldwing br useing a tapered roller bearing steering stem conversion. I used the one from All Balls racing.
