CB550 eng in a CB400T frame?

settles
I was talking to a friend of mine the other day who has a 1979 or 80 CB400T.  The motor sounds like its toast.  I suggested that maybe he lookinto putting a 550 eng and trans in it.  Anyone hear ever hear of someone doing this?  Is it feasable?  It would be a little monster if he could pull it off.

With a cutting torch, a welder, and some imagination anything can be done. I know a guy that put a diesel engine in a Suzuki Water Buffalo. The 400 frame should handle the 550 without any problem, but will not be a bolt in affair. It would make a great bike, for a short person.
