CB750 CARBS TUNING

There is a tool with the name of CARBURETOR FLOAT LEVEL GAUGE shown in Honda CB-750 Four workshop manual for adjusting Carburetor floats. There is also a U-shaped replacement of that tool that I've seen on various websites. Does anyone know what the dimensions of that U-shaped tool are.

What year are we talking? Newer CB750's (79? - 82/83) are not adjustable.
