CB750 K7 Rough Running

HondaRod
Purchased a CB750 K7 last fall & have finally gotten time to work on it.

After cleaning the tank & float bowls (bowls were clean no residue) before trying to start. I have a problem that has me scratching my head...the left #1 cyl will not run unless I give full choke, & some throttle which gets it running a little better, #2 is also not running much better.
I have switched plugs, spark plug wires, compression test @ 130 on all cylinders.
Not sure what to do next!

Any Help appreciated
