COMSTAR WHEEL COLOR

I'm researching the OEM color of the 1979 Honda CB750 Limited Edition Comstar wheels.  Is it satin finish, semi-gloss, or gloss black?  I'm wanting to spray paint using a good automotive paint or Duplicolor High Performance Wheel Coating.

It's definitely not gloss. I don't know if you'd call it flat,semi-flat or satin. I think flat would be too dull. Semi-flat usually feels as chalky as flat and seems to stain just as easily. My vote would be for satin,but I'm not saying that's right.Just my $0.02.

You have a paint gun...why not use a higher quality automotive paint?

I agree with Shiney... satin, not gloss and not flat.
