I would recommend asking Craig Vetter about this...  I have a "Vindicator" fairing on my '79, and it is only slightly different from the Windjammer models.  This looks nothing like my Vindicator fairing.  He may have recycled the name on different product lines, but I doubt it is a "Vindicator".  He had models like this, in the early 70's, but they went by a different name, I think...  Anyway, Craig is a very decent fellow, very open, and friendly.  Visit his site if you want to converse with him:  Craig Vetter.  Cheers!
