You can always disassemble things. It's putting them back together that is the trick

I believe you should be able to remove them without breaking the carb bank.
Deuces wild site write-up (in the pics, scroll down) says to loosen the screws with needle nose pliers. I'm guessing that this is because the screws are inaccessible with any type of screwdriver.

If they're really in there, then I guess you'll need to break the carb bank and use an impact screwdriver (the kind you hit with a hammer).
