Carbs running REALLY high

Hey folks, I just cleaned the carbs, put them back together, and this is what I get...

Any comments would be helpful. I THINK I need to turn some screws, but not sure where at.

your carbs are going to have an idle screw that adjusts all 4 at once. it is usually on the right side as you are sitting on the bike. most likely this screw just needs to be turned out.
