Clutch Bolts Stretched

I'm rebuilding a 1980 CB750 and noticed the bolts on the clutch are stretched. Is this typical, or are the springs wrong. The clutch springs are red, and I assume are after market.
There are three paths to knowlege:
Imitation is the easiest
Reflection is the noblest
Experience is the bitterest
Confucious

I would just replace the springs and bolts. Just did mine and plates.
